  • Mixed Orders: We support mixed orders within the same collection.
  • Account Verification: Wholesale customers must provide a valid business license or resale certificate for account approval.

2. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale Pricing: Available upon logging into your approved wholesale account.
  • Tiered Discounts:
    • Orders over $50,000: 5% discount
    • Orders over $ 100,000: 7% discount
    • Orders over $ 200,000: 10% discount

3. Lead Times & Shipping

  • Ready to Ship: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-Order / Bulk Orders: Production lead time is typically 30-40 business days.
  • Shipping Carrier: We primarily use FedEx/DHL/UPS for international shipping.
  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Wire Transfer (T/T).
  • For production orders, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Items: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • General Returns: As a B2B provider, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items.

6. Intellectual Property & Media Use

Reselling on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) requires prior written authorization.
